Delete your account

You can delete your Clock the Fit account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Clock the Fit and sign in.
2. Tap Me, then Delete my account under “Your data”.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Write to us from your account’s email address: support@clockthefit.com. We delete the account and confirm it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in, your email, your preferences.
• Your analyses and their images, your saved looks and products, your feedback.

What is kept

• Billing events of a subscription, for 730 days, for our accounting obligations.
• Images already shared with other users of the same post are gone within 30 days at most.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
