Privacy policy
Clock the Fit finds the clothing in a video or photo and where to buy it. This page explains what we keep, why, and for how long.
What we keep
- Your account: your email (none for a guest account), your shopping country, your language, your plan, and when you accepted these terms.
- Your analyses: the post link or the video you send, the pieces found and the products suggested. Uploaded videos are deleted after the analysis, and within 24 hours at the latest. Cropped images are deleted after 30 days; the result stays in your history.
- Your saved products and feedback.
- Clicks to shops, for affiliate links: kept 396 days.
- Payments: we never see your card; we keep your subscription status (730 days for billing events).
Why
To provide the service (contract), to count the analyses in your plan, to prevent abuse, and to be paid by shops through affiliate links (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data and do not show targeted advertising.

- Supabase: sign-in and accounts (EU)
- OpenAI: describing the clothing pieces found in a video
- SerpApi (Google Lens and Google Shopping): finding shops that sell the pieces
- Scaleway: hosting, database and image storage (France)
- RevenueCat, Apple and Google: subscriptions and payments
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: notifications, if you allow them
- Sentry: error reports, without your name, email or IP address
- Awin and Rakuten: affiliate links, when you open a shop
Your rights
In the app, Account → My data downloads everything we keep, and Account → Delete my account erases your account, analyses, saved products and images. Guest accounts unused for 30 days are deleted automatically. For anything else (correction, objection): support@clockthefit.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Clock the Fit is not intended for anyone under 16.
